Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend an existing grant agreement with the Town of Epsom, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/31/23, Item #150), in an amount of $2,320, by increasing the grant from $38,771 to $41,091 to purchase and install a generator at the community’s Emergency Operations Center. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
