Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to enter into a retroactive sole source contract, as well as a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement, with Mutualink, Inc., Wallingford, CT, in the amount of $906,052.80 to continue to provide the multimedia interoperability communication sharing platform for the day-to-day emergency communication resources to the state and municipal public safety partners throughout New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026. 100% Agency Income
