Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with G.W. Tatro Construction, Inc., Jefferson, VT, for a total price not to exceed $2,920,000 for ARPA – Cannon Mountain Summit to Base Wastewater System Upgrade. (2) Further authorize a payment of $65,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $2,985,000. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
