Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Triple Construction, LLC, Hudson, NH for a total price not to exceed $1,126,751 for APS Seclusion Room Upgrades, Concord, NH. 100% Other Revenue. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses, bringing the total to $1,176,751. 100% Other Revenue. (3) Further authorize a payment of $30,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $1,206,751. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2024. 75% Other Revenue, 25% Federal Funds
