Description
Authorize to amend a Lead Service Line Inventory Grant to the City of Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #89), by extending the completion date from March 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024, and adjusting the scope of work for lead service line inventories. This is a no cost time amendment. (2) Further authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the City of Concord (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #41), by extending the completion date from June 1, 2024 to April 1, 2025, to complete water system improvements that will improve cybersecurity.
