Authorize to enter into sole source amendment to an existing contract with the City of Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/23/20, Item #16), for transportation services to adults ages 60 years and older, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $377,874 from $755,748 to $1,133,622 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
