Description

Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Amoskeag Health, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #41), for specialty services for children with medical complexity, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $730,000 from $730,000 to $1,460,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 25% Federal Funds, 75% General Funds
