Authorize to make a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc., Troy, MI (originally approved by G&C on 1/22/20, Item #17), for the provision of ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for microbiology, chemistry, radiochemistry, and rabies laboratory procedures conducted at the New Hampshire Public Health Laboratories, by exercising a contract renewal option by extending the completion date from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2027 and increasing the price limitation by $34,712 from $27,685 to $62,397. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
