Description
Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the Town of Wolfeboro, NH, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of Laconia Area Community Land Trust d/b/a Lakes Region Community Developers to support the construction of 30 new units of housing at the Harriman Hill Phase III housing project located on Beck Drive, Wolfeboro. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
