Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with River Consulting Group, Inc., Clayton, GA (originally approved by G&C on 1/26/22, Item #60), by increasing the price limitation by $25,000 from $335,820 to $360,820 and extending the expiration date from August 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024 to assist and advise the Department in analysis and litigation relating to the electric distribution system planning and engineering.
