Authorize to enter into an agreement with NHSCOT, Concord, NH in the amount of $197,300 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds in order to replace revenue lost during the COVID-19 pandemic and due to the cancellation of the 2023 Highland Games. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds
