Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services to pay a retroactively sole source annual licensing fees of not to exceed $10,000 to the International Association of Firefighters, Washington, DC, for the period of November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Agency Income
