Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Cloutier Sand & Gravel Company, Inc., Columbia, NH, by increasing the price limitation by $430,000 from $215,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $645,000 with no change to the completion date of April 30, 2026 for aggregates. Effective upon G&C approval.
