Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Home Depot USA, Inc., Atlanta, GA, for building materials and hardware by increasing the price limitation by $700,000 from $1,400,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $2,100,000, with no change to the completion date of February 28, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval through February 28, 2025.
