Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Chapin Hall Center For Children, Chicago, IL (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #10), to continue providing support and consultation to the Department in support of the delivery of high quality services to children, youth, and families, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $183,342 from $336,120 to $519,462 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
