Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Laconia Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Laconia, NH, in the amount of $750,000 for the Congregate Housing Services Program supportive services to support individuals to remain at home with services and to avoid unnecessary institutionalization, pursuant to NH RSA 161:F. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% General Funds
