Description

Authorize to enter into a contract with Anne Tumlinson Innovations, LLC, Washington, DC, in the amount of $916,210, to conduct feasibility studies to determine if New Hampshire has the capacity to develop a program that defers and delays institutional care for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid benefits. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2025, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
