Authorize to amend an existing contract with Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc., Andover, MA (originally approved by G&C on 9/11/20, Item #9), for inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, and repairs for life safety systems at New Hampshire Hospital, seven satellite buildings located at the Hugh J. Gallen State Office Complex, and the planned New Hampshire Forensic Hospital when it is placed in service, by exercising a contract renewal option to extend the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027 and increase the price limitation by $135,000 from $120,000 to $255,000. Effective upon G&C approval. 69% General Funds, 31% Other Funds (Provider and Intra-Agency)
