Authorize to amend an existing contract with Granite State Automation LLC, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #13), for preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for the building automation systems at the New Hampshire Hospital Acute Psychiatric Services facility and transitional housing buildings, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $59,400 from $107,000 to $166,400 and extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
