Authorize to amend an existing contract with Northeast Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #18), to continue providing educational resources and deaf or hard of hearing mentorship activities to families with an infant or young child up to age of three, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $53,000 from $100,000 to $153,000 and by extending the completion date from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
