Authorize the Division of Finance to establish various non-budgeted classes in various accounting units and to transfer $15,000 between various accounts and classes. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to establish non-budgeted classes in various accounting units and to transfer $426,743 between various accounts and classes as detailed in the letter dated January 24, 2024. 100% Highway Funds. These transfers are requested in order to pay for services incurred in meeting the State’s transportation demands. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 15, 2024.
