Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend contract with McFarland-Johnson, Inc., Concord, NH and Binghamton, NY (originally approved by G&C 11/20/13, Item #123), to prepare the second phase of the preliminary engineering design for the section of Interstate 93 passing through Bow and Concord from I-89 through I-393, by extending the completion date form December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no new funding.
