Authorize the Bureau of Environment to enter into an agreement with Tighe & Bond, Inc., Portsmouth, NH, for an amount not to exceed $300,000, for transportation-related project-level water quality and wetlands studies, including coastal wetlands, for Department projects at various locations throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2028.
