Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into an agreement with HNTB Corporation, Concord, NH, for an amount not to exceed $750,000, for Turnpike System Services for various transportation projects located throughout the State. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2027. 100% Turnpike Funds
