Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with RTM Designs, Hendersonville, NC (originally approved by G&C on 7/15/09, Item #6), by increasing the contract amount by $242,047 from $570,554.93 to $812,601.92 to provide State and Federal required system modifications to the Navigate/Refer software application and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2028.
