Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to transfer funds in the amount of $2,000 and establish one new class to better align appropriations for program expenses. (2) Further authorize the funds to be allocated as detailed in the letter dated January 16, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Revenue Transfers from Other Agencies. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 20, 2026.
