Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Community and School Partners, LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/17/22, Item #64), by increasing the price limitation by $2,532,007 from $4,196,267 to $6,728,274, to develop, support, maintain, and update its proprietary data collection systems and to meeting changing mandates as required for state and federal needs, with no change to the contract completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 23% Federal Funds, 8% State Funds, 69% Education Trust Funds
