Description
Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $450,000 of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, for the purpose of expanding the comprehensive “No Safe Experience” Public Awareness Campaign on the dangers associated with recreational substance use. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 15, 2024.
