Authorize the Division of State Police to transfer funds and establish a new expenditure class code within SP Homeland Security Grants, in the amount of $234,580, as detailed in the letter dated February 12, 2024. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Intra-Agency Transfers. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 15, 2024.
