Authorize, on behalf of the Governor and Executive Council, to sublease to the Lakes Region Mutual Fire Aid Association (LRMFAA), Laconia, NH, in the amount of $5,595.88 for the portion of the Dwinell building situated on the Lakes Region Facility campus property in Laconia that is currently occupied and used by the LRMFAA. Effective upon G&C approval and the final closing of the pending sale of the Lakes Region Facility campus property, for a period of three years. 100% Net Proceeds from Sublease (General Funds)
