Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Amy Paris, MD (originally approved by G&C on 3/25/20, Item #18), Lebanon, NH, to continue providing consulting services that support the Division of Public Health Service’s Maternal and Child Health program, by increasing the price limitation by $15,000 from $30,000 to $45,000 and by extending the completion date from April 30, 2024 to April 30, 2027.
