Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc., Florham Park, NJ (originally approved by G&C on 10/11/17, Item #12A), for continued maintenance of the Electronic Benefit Transfer System for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, by increasing the price limitation by $102,200 from $919,148 to $1,021,348 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2024, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
