Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to hold an organized Safety Plow Rally meeting on May 16, 2024 at the Cheshire County Fairgrounds, Swanzey, NH for a total conference cost not to exceed $16,000 for the purpose of recognizing and training Department of Transportation employees. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024. 87.5% Highway Funds, 12.5% Turnpike Funds. (2) Further authorize to accept free use of the Cheshire County Fairgrounds, with a reported value of $500, for the Safety Ploy Rally on May 16, 2024.
