Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $143,905 from the Turnpike’s General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for Armored Car Services at Turnpike’s Toll Plazas and E-ZPass Walk-in-Center locations. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds. (2) Further authorize to retroactively amend the contract with Loomis Armored US, LLC, Londonderry, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/6/23, Item #22), by increasing the contract amount by $143,905.01 from $205,761.60 to a new contract amount not to exceed $349,666.61 for armored car transportation services for the Bureau of Turnpike’s Toll Plazas and E-ZPass Walk-in-Center locations, from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025. 100% Turnpike Funds
