Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with J Hutchins Inc., Richmond, VT, on the basis of a low bid of $2,993,930 for resurfacing of two sections of US 3 within the Towns of Colebrook, Columbia and Stratford, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $149,696.50 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 13, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
