Authorize to amend an American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds item (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #68), by transferring $212,500 in and among classes within an accounting unit for the purposes of obtaining software to develop, implement and provide cloud solutions that will enable modernize digital government services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 16, 2024.
