Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the Town of Brookline, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/8/23, Item #40), by extending the completion date from December 1, 2023 to December 1, 2024, for the rehabilitation of Pierce Pond Dam. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 100% Federal Funds
