Description

Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract for Strength to Succeed program services with Granite Pathways, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #29, archived document ), by reducing State Fiscal Year 2026 funds by $80,000, pursuant to New Hampshire Chapter Law 140:12 (2025), Department of Health and Human Services, Budget Reduction, as well as exercising a contract renewal option and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2029, resulting in an overall net increase of the price limitation by $3,845,500 from $4,078,000 to $7,923,500. Effective retroactive to December 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 48% Federal Funds, 52% General Funds. (2) Further authorize to amend an existing contract for Strength to Succeed program services with The Family Resource Center at Gorham, Gorham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #29, archived document ), by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,673,394 from $1,673,394 to $3,346,788 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2029.
