Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Hollis Pines Cooperative, Inc., Hollis, NH, in the amount not to exceed $2,500,000 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 40% Federal Funds, 60% PFAS Response Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement to Hollis Pines Cooperative, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $800,000 to finance water system improvements subject to conditions as outlined in the letter dated January 22, 2024, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund BIL Funds
