Authorize to award a grant to Rolling Meadows Condominium, Londonderry, NH, in the amount not to exceed $2,120,000 to finance an interconnection to a municipal water system to remediate per- and polyfluoroalkyl. Effective upon G&C approval through June 1, 2026. 71% Federal Funds, 29% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement to Rolling Meadows Condominium, Londonderry, NH, in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000 to finance water system improvements subject to conditions as outlined in the letter dated January 10, 2024, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq.
