Authorize to enter into retroactive amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated November 21, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 11/18/20, Item #22, archived document ), for the provision of community-based voluntary services for high-risk families, to modify the contract, pursuant to New Hampshire Chapter Law 140:12 (2025), by decreasing the total price limitation by $575,000 from $35,305,651 to $34,730,651 with no change to the contract completion dates of June 30, 2026.
