Authorize to award a grant to T&B Investments, LLC, Conway, NH, in the amount not to exceed $50,000, for water system improvements at Highland Place in Tamworth, NH, under the provisions of RSA 485:F. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with T&B Investments, LLC, Conway, NH, in the amount not to exceed $282,000, to finance water system improvements at Highland Place in Tamworth, NH, under the provisions of RSA 485:F and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1300 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval through January 1, 2025. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
