Description

Authorize the Bureau of Educational Opportunities to enter into a contract with The Institute for Excellence in Education, Mount Pleasant, MI, in an amount not to exceed $22,500 to provide a comprehensive review of charter school RSAs, laws, and regulations to identify inconsistencies and make recommendations for improvement. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
