Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications to accept and expend $736,116 of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, to award a grant to the New Hampshire Public Broadcasting Service for the costs associated with transitioning to enhance emergency communication systems for public safety. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 16, 2024.
