Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to accept and expend a 2023 State Homeland Security Program Grant Award for $57,000 from the Department of Safety, Office of Grants Management for the purchase of Portable Gas Detection & ID equipment. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2026. All purchases and invoicing are to be complete by July 31, 2026. 100% Intra-Agency Funds
