Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles and Division of Administration to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Kodak Alaris, Inc., Rochester, NY (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, Item #136), by reducing the contract amount by $16,628.56 less fees paid from July 1, 2023 through the approval of this amendment, from $61,570.44 to not to exceed $44,941.88.
