Authorize to enter into an amendment for an existing contract with The Sherwin-Williams Company, Cleveland, OH, for building materials and hardware by increasing the price limitation by $125,000 from $250,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $375,000 with no change to the contract completion date of February 28, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval.
