Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Affinity Global Solutions, LLC, Bismarck, ND, in the amount up to and not to exceed $80,000 for consulting and technical services to modify the State’s Budgeting and Reporting System. Effective February 1, 2024, upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024, with the option to renew for an additional one-year period.
