Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Pro City Facilities Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/8/23, Item #142), for janitorial cleaning services by removing a location and adding a new location with no change to the price limitation of $1,530,000. Effective retroactive to November 21, 2023, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2024.
