Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Optimum Building Systems, LLC, Litchfield, NH, for a total price not to exceed $459,020 for commercial siding replacement services. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $41,900 for any unforeseen needs or latent conditions that may arise during the construction process, bringing the total to $500,920. (3) Further authorize a payment of $10,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total amount to $510,920. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds
